Server Reboots are free
If for whatever reason your server crashes and is unreachable, our support staff is available to reboot your server, and get it back to it's original state, 24/7. In most cases you won't even have to ask for a reboot, because our team is monitoring your machine constantly, and will do it as soon as your server goes down. How much does it cost to become a reseller?
The price of a reseller plan is $30.00 per month, plus a one-time $30.00 setup fee to activate your account. All prices are in US Dollars. 
Once I'm a reseller, how much does it cost each time I sell (and therefore, setup) a new web hosting account?
Absolutely nothing! Resellers can setup an unlimited number of web hosting accounts for free.... no extra charges at all.

How will I be billed/invoiced?
As soon as you place your order with us through our online order form, your credit card will immediately be charged $30.00 for your first month, plus the $30.00 setup fee (total = $60.00). The date you placed your order will then become your "anniversary date" meaning that on that same date every month, you will automatically be charged $30.00 for the next month's hosting. This is called recurring billing, and will continue every month until such time as you cancel your account. Billing will stop immediately upon you canceling your account.

How will the charges show up on my credit card statement?
Charges will show as having come from either BISHMORE (short for Bishmore Holdings, Ltd., our parent company), or PAYSYSTEMS (paysystems.com is our payment processor).

Unlimited Accounts? What's to stop me from setting up 100,000 accounts in my reseller plan?
The only limitation in the number of hosting accounts you can setup, is the number you can fit into the storage space and bandwidth limits for the reseller plan you choose. So if you choose the Reseller 1 plan, the total amount of storage space given to you for all your hosting accounts is 500 mb, and you are allowed a total of 5 gb of bandwidth (traffic).

If I wanted to sell 50 mb hosting accounts and I get the 500 mb Reseller 1 plan, does that mean I can only sell 10 accounts?
Absolutely not! Both the storage space and bandwidth limits imposed on your reseller plan, are based on the total amount of space "used" by all your hosting accounts combined... not the total amount of space "given" to those accounts. In other words, you can sell 200 hosting accounts and assign each one a storage space limit of 100 mb. If the average account only uses 2 mb of storage space, then only 200 x 2 mb = 400 mb is being used. You would still be within the 500 mb limit of the Reseller 1 plan.

What if I go over the storage space or bandwidth limits of my reseller plan?
If you have either the Reseller 1 or Reseller 2 plan, you will simply upgrade to the next larger plan, and your storage and bandwidth limits will be increased. If you have the Reseller 3 plan and you go over your limits, you would have to add more resources to your plan. Extra storage space costs $10.00/month per 500 mb, while extra bandwidth costs $10.00/month per 5 gb.

Can you host International domain names?
Yes. We support all domain name extensions available throughout the world. The three most popular are .com, .net and .org. Examples of other domain name extensions are: .ca, .co.uk, .com.au, .info, .biz, .tv, .ws, .cc, .us, .bz, .name, .de, .jp.... and there are many more available.
