How much does it cost to become a Reseller?
You can either resell the domains you add to your account, or sign up for the Unlimited Domain Reseller Plan. The Reseller plan costs $49.95/month, but all domain additions are free (no setup fees or additional monthly fees).  If you also register your domain name with us, you will receive an extra $5.00 off each year of your registration..  For more web hosting services , visit our Resellers page.

As a Reseller, what do I get for $49.95/month?
The monthly Reseller fee gives you 200 MB of Disk Space to manage, and your first domain name setup.  You can then add as many individual domain websites as you wish at your leisure... no increase in monthly costs.  You decide how much of the 200 MB should be allotted to each domain name, and have full flexibility to add/delete domains as you see fit.  There are no fees for adding, deleting or modifying domains from your account, just the regular domain registration fees (if not already registered).

If we choose to become a reseller, can we use your support documentation for our hosting business?
Yes you can.  Instead of just copying the pages and pasting them into your website, you may want to customize them so they match your particular situation web hosting services .

What do you Mean by Unlimited Domain Reseller Plan?
Some people may not like it when we call this an "unlimited domain" plan, since we require at least 1 MB for each domain.  So that means you can only have a maximum of 200 domains in the 200 MB account, right?  Actually no, because once your 200 MB is filled up, you can add more disk space to this account at a discounted rate of $2.00 for a 10 MB "block".  You can then continue to add domain names indefinitely, and grow your account as high as you like... 2 GB or more if you wish!

Are there any limitations on how I resell your services?
No, you can resell domain names as a hosting provider, a web developer or you can even be the owner for a number of your own web sites.

Who handles the domain registration and transfers?
We can register new domain names for $19.95 per year. You will need to perform the transfer of existing domain names with your current registrar. We provide web hosting services of our primary and secondary names servers when you add a new account.

How can I check domain availability?
We have setup an online facility to assist you or your customers in selecting a domain name. To check on the availability of a .com, .net or .org domain names (update: or .biz, .tv, .info, .cc), please click on the link at the bottom of the page.

Do you offer domain registration?
Yes. We can register new .com, .net and .org domain names at the discount rate of $19.95 per year. Domain name transfers are free. Use the tool at the bottom of our website to search for, and register new domain names. Or if you're also ordering web hosting from us, simply indicate that you want us to register your new domain name for you as well, and we'll take care of it.

How are Accounts added to my Plan?
Once you signup with any of our Plans (except the Mini Account), you will have access to a control console that has web hosting services options for adding/transferring and removing accounts.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we are proud to be able to host websites from any country in the world. It is also possible for us to host your non-US domains.  We only accept US Dollar payments.

How long does it take to set up an account?
Although we guarantee all account orders will be setup within 12 hours, most of the time accounts are completely web hosting services in under 2 hours.
