Do you offer discounts if I want more than one account?

Certainly! You can order as many accounts as you wish, and resell them to your own customers. You can resell the web host accounts for whatever price you wish.

Can I have MP3's and/or Video's on my website?
Yes, provided you own the copyright to them.

What about adult sites?
We do not allow any pornography, adult-related material, or links to such websites in our hosting accounts. People caught abusing this policy will have their hosting accounts terminated without warning.

How long does it take to setup my new account?
If we receive your order during regular business hours, your account will be setup within 1 or 2 hours. Otherwise, it may take up to 12 hours. We still setup accounts at night, on the weekends, and on holidays, but it just takes a little longer.

Is support also slower during non-regular business hours?
NO! Our support staff is always staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including all holidays. We feel it is important to be available to existing customers at all times in case you need help. It is only our sales staff that is not always available outside of regular business hours.

How to become a Partner
If you think you can refer customers to us, then we encourage you to join our Partner Program. Simply fill out the following form, and we will enroll you in the program. We'll email you instructions on implementing ... as well as your new Partner ID code.

Once we receive your application, we'll set you up with your own Partner ID code and email it to you. Your partner ID code will look something like www..com/?af1000. When someone clicks on this code they'll be taken directly to our website, with your Partner ID code in tow. Then if they ever place an order with us (any time within 365 days of clicking on your link to us), your Partner web host code will be automatically placed in the order form, hidden from the customer. We'll then know that you were the one who originally referred the new customer to us.

How the program works, and How do I get paid?
Once a customer that you referred places an order with us, we'll immediately send you (the partner) a "You Referred a Customer!" email. That email will include your name, Partner ID code, and current balance in your Partner account. Once a referred customer has been with us for at least 30 days (thus surpassing our 30 day money back guarantee), you will have earned the commission. On the first day of each month you will receive an email summarizing your Partner account. It will include the total number of credits in your account, how many you've earned, and a history of payments made.
Once your account balance reaches $50.00, you can request a check for the total amount of your commissions earned.
